Simple healthy cereal bar

These cereal bars are healthy and nutritious quick bite that are packed with energy to strengthen them. They are just perfect as an everyday snack or breakfast, especially for bustle pregnant or breastfeeding women.

I have adapted this recipe from Ina Gartens homemade cereal bars. You can use your own selection of nuts and dry fruits according to your taste. This recipe does not require much work and is so simple and simple and yet so tasty!


Ingredients:
1 cup of cooking feds to a large flakehafen
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of data
1/2 cup of apricots
1/2 cup of cranberries
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2/3 cup of honey
1/4 cup of butter
1 TL vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Fry the almonds, walnuts and oats separated in the oven, which was heated for 8-10 minutes at 350ºF. Beat the nuts into small pieces.
2. Pulsate the data, apricots and cranberries into small bite sizes or in the food processor.
3. Mix the oats, nuts, dry fruits, salt and sunflower seeds in a bowl.
4. Melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir it until it dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil. Take off the stove, add the honey and the vanilla essence.
5. Pour this butter mixture over the dry fruit and nut mix in the bowl. Combine everything with a silicon spatula.
6. Pour them into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place another parchment paper over it and press it easily so that it spreads evenly. Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes until it is slightly golden. Let it cool at least a few hours before cut it into squares or rectangular beams. Enjoy as a snack.
