  • 3 Tbsp Roasted besan
  • 4 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ Tbsp Turmeric
  • ¼ Tbsp Garam Masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar powder
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander goes (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice

For Bharwa Bhindi

  • 250 GM Bhindi (Ladyfinger or Okra)
  • Tbsp oil
  • ½ Tbsp Mustard grains
  • ½ Tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Green chilli (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Curry leaves
  • ¼ Tbsp Asafoetida (Leaveings)
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander goes (Chopped)

For Bharwa Bhindi

  • First, wash and rinse Bhindi correctly. Then cut your edges. And cut by the middle as described.

  • Now prepare all Bhindi.

  • Then gently fill the prepared spices in it.

  • Prepare all of the Bhindi.

  • Now take a Kadai and add oil, mustard grains and cross -seeds.

  • When mustard seeds and cumin -seed crackers, add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, hinges and curry leaves. Cook with medium flame for a while.
